Especially when we know that the Bow River System is over-allocated and the source glaciers are depleting. Add to this the fact that the water is to be used for a Casino and Shopping Centre development. Just what we need is another casino! Rocky View Councillors should be ashamed of their greed for tax money. The Water Act/Transfers needs to be re-examined and re-written.
